Let’s bake! Special cookies for egg yolk recycling
To finish the school year well, try this recipe. It’s really great to use your leftover egg yolks, and always welcome for picnics among friends to enjoy the sunny afternoons. Let’s bake!
Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g caster sugar
- 50 g softened butter
- a small pinch of salt
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 33 g chocolate chips (can easily be 35 g!)
Mix the egg yolks and the sugar well.
Add the butter and the salt, and mix again.
Add the flour and the baking powder, and fold.
Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Make little balls with the dough and put them on a baking tray.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in a 180° C oven.
Enjoy!
